NEW DELHI – In a strategic move to bolster the leadership of India’s social welfare initiatives, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has appointed Ms. Mona K. Khandhar as the new Additional Secretary in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment.
